Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nights at the nightclub or banquet events. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow without delays. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food handling procedures, and customer service expectations. Experience Candidates should bring a strong background in food and beverage service within fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Prior experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. A solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service is essential. Experience working in the food industry—whether through restaurant roles or retail math knowledge—is preferred. Candidates with banquet experience or catering background will excel in managing large groups efficiently. Excellent time management skills are crucial for balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. A passion for hospitality combined with strong communication skills will help you thrive in this lively role.
