Retail Associate/Bartender

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in both retail and bar settings. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain a clean work environment while navigating through daily operations. Maintain an organized sales floor through stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Prepare and serve beverages responsibly while adhering to all alcohol service regulations and phone etiquette standards. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock rotations, and assisting with inventory counts. Engage customers with friendly communication skills. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or bartending is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential! Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette help build positive customer relationships. Health card and TAM card required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.
