05/02/2026 Job Description The Bartender team member is responsible to consistently provide a high degree of prompt, considerate and courteous guest service in preparation of cocktails and drinks for guests at the bar and on the floor.
  • Part-Time/Extra-Board
Starting Wage:
$12/hr. + Tips Responsibilities and Duties
  • Promotes positive guest relations, greets guests and creates a fun, friendly atmosphere
  • Safeguard company assets and perform preventative maintenance
  • Greet customers and serve patrons while maintaining company and departmental standards
  • Provide beverage service to customers at bar and floor person serving gaming floor
  • Observe and recognize irregularities in casino personnel or guests and institutes proper action
  • Compliance with Nevada Gaming rules and regulations, Internal Control minimum standards, Nevada Liquor and Beer codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money laundering, Company Policies and IRS reporting
  • Through knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Maintain and clean bar and bar area in compliance with health regulations and department procedures
  • Follow all safety policy codes; constantly monitor customer behavior patterns for signs of possible intoxication
  • Process cash register transactions according to department policy and procedures
  • Account for all bar stock and supplies
  • Help resolve customer concerns/disputes
  • Ability to identify fraudulent activity relating to winnings and/or identification and follow procedures when required.
  • Look and identify potential safety hazards and notify proper supervisor or manager
  • Performs related work as required or assigned

  • Requires a neat and clean appearance and uniform, friendly attitude and demeanor for each shift

  • Requires ability to follow directions from immediate supervisor or other management
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time
  • Ability to multitask and get several assignments completed within a short time
