Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Graveyard Bartender, where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will shine during our late-night hours. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, create a lively atmosphere, and ensure all safety and food handling standards are met. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will keep our guests engaged and satisfied while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a nightlife scene, delivering memorable experiences during the overnight shift. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Manage multiple responsibilities including cashiering, food handling, serving, and bartending duties during the night shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, following health department standards Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and address any safety concerns promptly Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events such as nightclub nights or banquet services Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about drinks or menu items, and providing recommendations Skills Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service during late-night hours effectively Must have experience, a following would be great but not neccesary. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Previous restaurant experience or retail math knowledge is preferred; experience in brewing or hospitality is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
