- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ordering ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations ```Skills```
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Familiarity with basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Understanding of brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and take their orders accurately
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
