What You'll Do Make high-quality cocktails quickly and consistently Drive tequila, margarita, and specialty drink sales Create strong guest interactions and build regulars Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar Work closely with servers and managers during high-volume shifts Keep energy high while staying professional and in control Help create a fun, elevated atmosphere that fits the Chihuahua's brand What We're Looking For Strong bartending experience in a fast-paced environment High energy and strong sense of urgency Someone who can handle pressure without losing composure Strong upselling and guest interaction skills Clean, organized, and detail-oriented behind the bar Reliable, accountable, and team-focused Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do What Makes This Different This is not a slow cocktail lounge job.
