At FiftyFifty Brewing, we believe life is about balance. Some days we're in jeans, grilling burgers like it's a backyard BBQ. Other days we're locked in on a plated menu and a bar that runs clean and sharp. Same story in the glass. Maybe it's a Belgian Tripel or a barrel-aged stout. Maybe it's a crisp pilsner that tastes like discipline. We respect style guidelines and technical brewing. We also believe a simple truth: if it tastes good, it's good. No fuss. No pretension. We're opening at Reno Public Market and building our next footprint. This is an opening-team role. You'll help set the standard from day one. Our beer has earned top honors at the Great American Beer Festival, including Brewing Group of the Year. The role You're the face of the bar. You control pace, hospitality, and accuracy. We want bartenders who are calm under volume, clean in their work, and serious about craft. What you'll be doing You'll build drinks with precision and speed. Beer, cocktails, wine, NA—whatever the guest orders, it should land right. You'll run the bar top. Take orders, guide guests, handle tabs, and close checks cleanly. You'll keep your station tight during service. Glassware, ice, garnishes, and restock. No chaos behind the bar. You'll work as part of a real opening crew. That means feedback, training, and tightening systems quickly. What we're looking for 2+ years bartending in a restaurant or high-volume bar is preferred. Equivalent experience works if you've got the reps and the habits. You can use a POS without slowing down the room. You communicate clearly with your coworkers and leaders. You don't let tickets die in silence. You care about cleanliness, IDs, and alcohol service rules. Every shift. Authorized to work in the U.S. Requirements (non-negotiable) Must be 21+. Must have a valid Nevada Alcohol Education Card, or obtain one within 30 days of hire (state requirement). Pay + benefits
