MUST Have Holiday Weekend Availability Job Description:

We are hiring festival bartenders for large-scale events serving thousands of guests per day at J Resort Festival Grounds. We are the concessionaire for the festivals and employment is seasonal, part-time, and temporary and not with The J Resort. This is production-style bartending — speed, endurance, and reliability matter more than cocktail knowledge. The 2 largest festivals of the season are on Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend. If you are not available Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, do not apply. Job Actually Involves:

High-speed beer, wine, and simple cocktail service ("pour and go") Long lines, constant volume, and fast-paced execution Full setup and breakdown of bars (this is a major part of the job) Working outdoors in heat, crowds, and unpredictable conditions Being on your feet and moving for extended periods Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Full availability on Memorial Day Weekend & Labor Day Weekend Valid Alcohol Server Card (or ability to obtain immediately) Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly (kegs, ice, equipment, etc.) Able to work long shifts in 90°+ heat Reliable transportation Bartending or high-volume service experience preferred

Compensation:

Pay:

$20.00•$50.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you fully available to work all required shifts during Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend?
