Job Description

Hiring full time and part time bartender positions at The Club at Rancharrah! $12.00/HR + Tip Pool + Additional Gratuities We offer great benefits for all full time associates (31+ hours a week) including paying 100% of associates health insurance!!

Food & Beverage Director Supervises:
No supervisory duties included in this position
Classification:
Education and/or Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant. Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail history. Proven track record of creating award-winning cocktails and beverage programs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Certification from a recognized mixology or bartending school is a plus. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to handle bar tools and glassware with precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and composure. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to work in hot/sunny outdoor areas (seasonally) Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Greet and acknowledge members and guests. Is knowledgeable about all menus and beverage lists. Ability to time the service of each course. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively Learns members' names and their special preferences. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
