Job Summary Join our dynamic gaming environment as a Gaming Bartender, where your vibrant personality and exceptional customer service skills will create an electrifying atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Toast POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner while managing their orders efficiently to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain knowledge of gaming areas to provide attentive service at gaming tables, slot machines, or dining sections. Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed meticulously during beverage preparation and serving. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems and cash registers while balancing cash drawers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to gaming regulations; address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff or catering teams during events such as banquets or special functions to deliver exceptional service experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably within fine dining, nightclub, or casino environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math and cashiering is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Previous experience serving in banquet settings or catering environments is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy; proficiency in brewing or beverage preparation is desirable.
