Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner Processes snack bar purchases using a point-of-sale (POS) system Is accountable for cash and check transactions Prepares and serves food and beverage items Makes and serves basic cocktails to guests Makes and serves coffee drinks to guests Maintains an organized and clean work area Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products Reports to the department manager when supplies need to be ordered Stocks and inventories products Responds to customer questions regarding general facility information Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management Performs other duties as required Regular and reliable attendance Barista and/or basic cocktail experience is helpful Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems is helpful Must be able to meet age requirements for serving alcohol and obtain an Alcohol Awareness card if hired Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
