In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, your enthusiasm and skill will elevate every guest interaction. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change or totals, and manage cashiering duties seamlessly. Assist in setting up bar stations for special events such as weddings, corporate functions, or nightclub nights. Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest needs and providing personalized recommendations when appropriate. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience with food handling, catering setups, or retail math is advantageous for multitasking in fast-paced environments. Proven skills in serving diverse clientele while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an added benefit to enhance guest experiences.
