Bartender Hana Japanese Steakhouse - 3.1 Albany, NY Job Details Part-time From $11 an hour + tips 4 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer inquiry handling Full Job Description $11 hourly base pay plus cash tips , paid training $16 per hour Greet guests seated at the bar and at assigned tables in a friendly, professional manner Take drink orders promptly and accurately from guests and servers Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure drinks are made efficiently and delivered promptly to guests and tables Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, beer, wine, sake, and specialty cocktails Answer guest questions regarding drinks, pairings, and menu items when needed Enter drink orders into the computer/POS system accurately Deliver drinks to tables and ensure correct garnishes, glassware, and presentation Check guest satisfaction and offer drink refills when appropriate Clear used glassware from bar area and tables as needed Restock bar supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Complete nightly side work such as polishing glassware, wiping down bar surfaces, restocking supplies, and organizing check folders Must asian restaurant experience Follow all alcohol safety guidelines and company policies
