Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using POS system
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, garnishes, and ice
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations when handling food items
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders for catering events

Skills:

• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
• Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
