Full Job Description Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using POS system
Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, garnishes, and ice
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations when handling food items
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders for catering events
Skills:
Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
