Full Job Description Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using POS system
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, garnishes, and ice
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations when handling food items
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders for catering events
Skills:
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Please note that this job description may have additional duties may be assigned as needed.
