PROFESSIONAL BARTENDERS

that take this industry seriously, and care about their profession. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems.. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering or banquet events. Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to alcohol serving, food safety, and responsible beverage service. Assist in setting up bar stations while managing multiple priorities with effective time management skills. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender is mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in fast-paced environments. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Knowledge of cash handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques involving brewing and mixing cocktails. Prior experience working in the food industry is a must.
