Wait Staff/Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and ability to upsell will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, OpenTable, or other reservation software is a pl
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
