Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Collaborate with team members during busy hours, supporting smooth operations during events like banquets or nightclubs. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that keeps guests engaged. Effective time management to handle multiple orders quickly without sacrificing quality. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
