Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience from ordering to final drink. Manage POS systems such as Spot On to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and comply with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions, ensuring seamless service delivery. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Spot On is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests. Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order management. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus.
