Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with banquet services or special events as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus; proficiency in cash register operations is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for drink recipes and transactions. Experience in nightclub or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
