In this vital role, you will support bartenders and the overall service team by ensuring the bar area remains stocked, clean, and inviting. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Duties Restock bar supplies including liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure smooth service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently Assist bartenders with food preparation such as garnishing drinks and preparing bar snacks or appetizers when needed Support with bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting Handle basic food handling tasks adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders or assisting with cash handling when required Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest services and uphold high standards of hospitality Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred; kitchen experience or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are advantageous Experience in catering, hotel service, or as a dietary aide demonstrates valuable guest relations skills Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to effectively interact with guests and team members Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and cleaning duties Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry Join us in creating vibrant experiences where every detail counts!
