The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and skilled at providing fast, high-quality service in a high-volume bar environment. You'll be expected to know our beer offerings, craft cocktails, and menu items, while maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, take drink orders, and serve beverages efficiently Provide knowledgeable recommendations from our beer, cocktail, and food menus Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and portion standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and positive environment Restock supplies, assist with bar setup/breakdown, and maintain inventory as needed Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications 1+ year of bar tending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Knowledge of beer styles, craft cocktails, and basic bar techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Must be 21+ and possess or be able to obtain appropriate alcohol service certification Punctual, professional, and able to work evenings and weekends What We Offer Hourly pay + tips Employee discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities to grow To apply , please submit your resume and availability.
