Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Engage with guests to promote sales, recommend drinks, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety protocols, prevent over-serving, and respond promptly to any issues or emergencies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights, managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or bottle service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management; experience with cashiering is advantageous. Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail environments is highly valued.
