Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems . Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper change is given. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and food handling protocols. Assist with setup, breakdown, and clean-up of dining areas during shifts, including banquet or catering events. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for billing, retail math for sales tracking, and cash handling accurately. Previous banquet experience or catering knowledge is a plus but not required. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
