Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience Manage POS system, Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment; fine dining experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and tipping calculations Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
