As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the customer experience in our restaurant or nightclub setting. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Bartending or brewing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
