Bartender

Overview We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Candidates with knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with strong time management and sales abilities, will thrive in this position. A background in food safety and handling is essential to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals. Restock supplies as needed and assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions. Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal drinking age regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts in various settings such as nightclubs or restaurants. Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or food industry environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions; retail math experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings such as hospitality venues or catering events. Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous.
