About the

Role:

At Nick & Toni's, bartenders are not only skilled drink makers—they are storytellers, hosts, and ambassadors of our beverage program. In this role, you'll help create memorable moments for guests through thoughtful service and a deep understanding of our wine list, cocktail offerings, and seasonal menu.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of bartending experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants Foundational wine knowledge , including familiarity with key grape varieties, wine regions (especially Italy, France, and California), and basic food and wine pairing principles Comfort speaking about biodynamic, organic, and natural wines , and interest in continuing to learn about our dynamic, curated wine list Strong working knowledge of classic cocktail technique , spirits, liqueurs, and beer styles A polished, approachable demeanor and the ability to engage comfortably with a diverse, discerning clientele Confidence guiding guests through beverage selections and making thoughtful pairing recommendations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
