The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a Private Club environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our members by crafting high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Head Bartender will also schedule other Bartenders and order liquor, other beverages and supplies Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety and compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to support catering events or special functions as required. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance sales opportunities. Set up and break down of main bar and ad hoc bars. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role in a restaurant, private club or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine pairings is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. A background in catering or event services is a plus but not required.
