Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, managing customer orders efficiently, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Experience with POS systems , along with strong skills in sales, food safety, and hospitality operations. Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and compliance. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar setup and cleanup. Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations. Assist with catering, banquet events, or night club service as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Skills Proficiency with Toasts POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquets, or food service environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Previous experience in hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail math is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and teamwork.
