Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce responsible serving policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to ensure smooth service flow. Stay informed about menu offerings, including specialty drinks and seasonal selections, to make personalized recommendations. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving laws. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience working in the food industry or retail math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently. Prior experience in hospitality environments like brewing venues or catering events is a plus.
