Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist with banquet services or special events as required, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive team atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for managing orders and payments. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications related to alcohol service or food handling.
