Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Spot on Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including banquet or catering events if applicable Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Spot on or Micros POS is a plus Experience with banquet service or catering enhances your versatility in this role Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally while having fun!
