Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform retail math calculations, and manage cashiering duties seamlessly. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely food and beverage delivery. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering stock to prevent shortages. Uphold all safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and general hospitality standards. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event operations when required. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient service. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous retail math experience useful for inventory management and sales tracking. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable; brewing or catering background is a plus.
