We are a vibrant Mexican restaurant known for our flavorful cuisine, craft cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, experience behind the bar, and a strong knowledge of tequila-based drinks. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including margaritas, palomas, micheladas, and other specialty cocktails
• Deliver friendly, attentive service to bar guests and support the dining room as needed
• Maintain knowledge of our drink menu, including tequila and mezcal selections
• Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with New York State alcohol laws
• Accurately process orders using POS system and handle payments
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Restock garnishes, mixers, and glassware throughout shifts
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote a safe, responsible environment
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications
• 1+ year bartending experience preferred
• Experience with tequila and Mexican cocktails strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet NY State legal requirements to serve alcohol
