Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in classic cocktails, able to follow recipes accurately, and knowledgeable about syrups, spirits, and cocktail techniques. Experience with Toast POS and 7shifts scheduling software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Create classic cocktails with precision and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, utensils, and garnishes. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests. Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle cash and card transactions. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and restocking.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, drink recipes, and mixology techniques. Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast

POS. TIPS

Certification Familiarity with scheduling software, preferably 7shifts. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
