You'll bake and cook our high-quality boba, snacks and desserts, maintaining our store's cleanliness and operational organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves to bake/cook and can multitask. Requirements

TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS IMPORTANT MUST HAVE NYC DOHM FOOD PROTECTION LICENSE

Seeking staff for 20-30 hours a week - minimum 1 year (college students must be able to work at least 2-3 days Mondays-Fridays during school year and available on the weekends) Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week. Strong verbal communication for effective guest and team interactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders at once. Ability to carry up to 50lb. Ability to follow detailed instructions and precise measurements. Skilled in time management and quick decision-making. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and open-minded work ethic. Knowledge of kitchen prep, basic cooking and cleaning preferred. menu. Follow our SOPs diligently for making boba, drinks and bakery goods/desserts. Cook boba, prep drink bases and prepare food and baked goods as needed. Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness. Restock stations for continuous drink production. Execute additional tasks as directed by management. Efficiently manage kitchen schedules and daily responsibilities. Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness. Adhere to BOH prep and recipes to uphold our quality standards. Implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.
