Barback

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barback to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable serving in a brewery & restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas Collect empty glasses, plates and silverware Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes Replenish paper goods to-go bags and containers Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles Remove trash and wipe down drink spills Refill ice bins Clean rags throughout the shift Assist the Bartenders with other immediate needs

Experience:

• Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or brewery setting, is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in food service and customer service roles.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of glasses and ice bins as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Skills:

• Food handling and service skills..
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and assistance as needed.
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining a clean environment.
• Knowledge of the food industry and its practices.
