Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following all food safety and alcohol serving regulations Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and ensure an enjoyable experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders swiftly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub service for seamless guest experiences Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and promoting a safe environment Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Knowledge of Texas style BBQ a plus but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Square for efficient order processing Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across multiple tables or bar stations Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Join us in creating lively atmospheres where every guest leaves with a smile!
