Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Female Waitress/Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proven experience in food and beverage service, with a strong focus on alcohol preparation and customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your exceptional service skills in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences through attentive service, expert drink mixing, and a welcoming attitude. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing bar operations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with food safety standards. Salary $10.35 per hour + tips Work Schedule 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday Flexible schedule Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly in both dining and bar settings Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area according to health regulations Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and promoting specials or upselling where appropriate Maintain a safe environment by following food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change distribution Assist with catering events or banquet services as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting Experience Minimum of two years of experience in food service roles involving alcohol preparation and serving beverages Proven experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Join our team if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
