Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction Uphold all food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
