Part-time Server / Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Server Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and or, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to safety and health regulations. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Skills
• Proficient in service techniques with a solid understanding of drink recipes and presentation.
• Knowledge of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
• Experience in catering or food service environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
