Keeping track of liquor, mixers, and bar supplies. Restocking ingredients and maintaining cleanliness. Checking expiration dates and maintaining quality control. Keeping the bar area clean and organized. Washing glassware and ensuring all tools are sanitized. Following safety and sanitation regulations. Processing drink orders accurately. Handling cash and card payments securely. Keeping tabs on guest orders for accurate billing.
