Essential Functions:

Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies) Understand typical "Coursing" as well as the it's link to upselling Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure

Qualifications and Competencies:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Physical Requirements:
