Bartender

Job Overview We're seeking a skilled bartender who treats the bar as a craft, not just a job. You'll be the steady hand and quick mind behind the counter—mixing with precision, reading the room with ease, and setting the tone for every guest who sits down. Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to consistent, high-quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Engage guests with genuine hospitality—attentive, professional, and personable Verify legal drinking age and serve responsibly, refusing service when appropriate Handle cash and card transactions accurately and account for the till at close Manage inventory, track par levels, and communicate restocking needs promptly Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to keep service seamless during peak hours Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness as required Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale setting Solid knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer Valid alcohol-service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs We hold a high bar—literally and figuratively.
