Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems clover , and managing cash handling efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Manage a bar of 12 seat effective time management, ensuring prompt service even during busy hours Upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly and enforce legal drinking age policies to ensure safe consumption Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender /nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems such clover POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory counts; experience in hospitality or food industry roles is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Nightclub or catering experience is advantageous; previous restaurant experience is highly valued Hourly & tips Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
