Bartender

Montauk Catch Club is looking for an experienced, energetic bartender to join our team. We bring the freshest seafood from Montauk to the Hudson Valley and serve a vibrant, loyal community of regulars who expect great service and an even better experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working in a fast-paced bar environment Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay composed under pressure A solid foundation in wine (a big plus!) Friendly, engaging personality with a genuine love for hospitality Someone who thrives on building relationships with regulars and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and efficiency Deliver exceptional customer service—our regulars are the heart of what we do Proficient with Square point of sale Maintain a clean, organized bar Taking menu orders, being able to describe menu items and give recommendations Work collaboratively with our team to keep service smooth and upbeat Monthly bar inventory and purchase orders
