Lead Bartender

Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety standards Lead and motivate bartenders and serving staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate billing Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking beverage stock levels Provide training and mentorship to team members on food safety, customer service excellence, and proper serving techniques Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in food service or hospitality environments Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol regulations Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of brewing processes or catering services is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Embark on this exciting journey where your leadership transforms guest experiences!
