Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing fine dining service skills. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as necessary, and report any shortages to management. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of various beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic math skills for cash register operations and drink preparation measurements. Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations; food handling certification is a plus. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
