Position Overview We're looking for friendly, experienced Servers and Bartenders who love hospitality as much as we do. If you enjoy connecting with guests, working as part of a team, and being part of a dynamic service environment, you'll fit right in here. This is a non-tipped position with strong hourly pay, designed to create consistency for both our team and our guests. You'll play an important role in delivering thoughtful, polished service—whether you're behind the bar or on the floor. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are when we shine—so availability during those times is essential. What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable food & beverage service Guide guests through menus, specials, and drink offerings Prepare and serve beverages (for bartenders) and execute full-service dining Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and bar environment Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards This description reflects the general nature of the role and is not intended to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications required. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience Strong food & beverage knowledge (wine, cocktails, beer a plus) Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting Clear and respectful communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (trays, kegs, supplies) Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including indoor and outdoor service areas Schedule Evening shifts required Weekend & holiday availability required Flexible scheduling based on business needs Pay & Perks $22-$26/hour (non-tipped) Reliable, consistent income (no tip fluctuations) Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a unique Catskills property Year-end bonus pool Why Join Us?
