Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order entry, billing, and cash handling. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and process payments swiftly. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to ensure smooth service flow in fine dining or nightclub settings. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent customer service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies. Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and change calculation. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in hospitality settings with diverse clientele.
